Mobile Terms of Service

The Glozian mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Simple Life Mission, LLC, doing business as Glozian (“Glozian,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Glozian’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Glozian at the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include order updates, alerts, and account information. Promotional messages may include special offers, promotions, and cart reminders.

Consent to marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Glozian.

Glozian does not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to messages from 423-380-7570 or by using an unsubscribe link where available. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. No further messages will be sent under that subscription unless you opt in again or initiate a separate communication. If you are enrolled in more than one Glozian messaging program, you may need to opt out of each separately.

We may change the phone number or short code used for the Service and will notify you of changes. Messages sent to a discontinued number may not be received.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to enroll again if your number changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Glozian is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, errors in message content, or actions taken in reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Mobile Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
